Pete Evia-Rhodes
Founder & Coach

Meet your coach
Coaching that gets how your brain works
I'm Pete Evia-Rhodes, founder of Wired For More. I've spent years working at the intersection of high performance, workplace wellbeing and neurodiversity, and living it firsthand.
So many brilliant, driven people quietly carry a hidden strain: masking, over-working and second-guessing themselves to keep up in environments that weren't built for how they think. My work is to take that weight off, and replace it with clarity, systems and self-trust.
No jargon. No fixing. Just a calm, practical partnership that helps you do your best work, and feel a lot better doing it.

Why Wired For More
Most coaching tells you to try harder. We help you work with your wiring.
Wired For More exists for the people who've always felt they were running a different operating system, and were told to mask it. Here, your brain isn't a problem to manage. It's the thing we build around.
- 01
Built around how you actually think, not a generic productivity template
- 02
Calm, low-pressure sessions designed to reduce overwhelm, not add to it
- 03
Practical tools you can use the same day, not vague theory
How we can help
Three places we make the biggest difference
Every journey is personal, but our work usually lives in one of these three areas.
Focus & follow-through
Cut through the noise and the half-finished tabs. We build focus systems that fit your attention, so the important work actually gets done.
Structure without rigidity
Flexible routines, planning and boundaries that flex with your energy instead of breaking the moment life gets messy.
Energy & burnout recovery
Stop running on adrenaline and masking. We protect your energy, ease overwhelm and rebuild a sustainable pace you can trust.
In their words
Quiet, lasting change
“For the first time, coaching actually felt built for how my brain works. I stopped white-knuckling my way through the week and started feeling genuinely on top of things.”
Senior Product Lead
Diagnosed ADHD, tech
“Pete gets it without me having to over-explain. Calm, sharp and practical; I left every session with one or two things that genuinely changed my week.”
Founder
Late-diagnosed, scaling a startup
“I'd spent years masking and burning out on repeat. This was the first space where that felt understood, and where I built a pace I can actually keep.”

Funding your coaching
You may not have to pay for this yourself
Coaching is an investment, but it doesn't always have to come out of your own pocket. Many clients fund Wired For More through the UK government's Access to Work grant or their employer. Here's how to get it covered.
Check your eligibility
Access to Work is a UK government grant that can cover the cost of coaching support, at no cost to you.
Ask your employer
Many employers fund neurodiversity coaching from learning, wellbeing or reasonable-adjustment budgets.
We'll guide the paperwork
We help you frame the request and provide what's needed so funding is as low-friction as possible.
